About Us
Healing the earth
We are staunch believers in keeping as much of the biomass produced by the land on the land. We maintain many systems to reduce our waste streams and to produce as much of our own fertility as we can here on the farm. Biodiversity is key to a harmonious and thriving ecosystem. Without the use of herbicides and pesticides, we strive to promote the amazing microbial and fungal communities that feed our food and sustain our existence.
A labor of love
We are so grateful to be stewards of the land and owners of Silly Goose Farm. We take great care to love and nourish our soils, plants, trees, and animals so that they in turn can nourish you. We employ organic principles to help make this happen and are incorporating regenerative, permaculture and biodynamic methods of agriculture when and where they are possible.

We are running a safe and socially-distanced operation during the on-going Covid-19 pandemic. We follow and go beyond all official mandates and restrictions to keep our family and your family safe. Schedule a pickup time just for you or check to see if delivery options might be availalbe.
